This cellar was bought in 1989 for the production of Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi. It has a production capacity of 10,000 hl and is equipped with modern temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ideal for the vinification of aromatic Vernaccia, wood barrels for fresh IGT wines and barriques for selecting the best vintages of Vernaccia.
